All orders under £75 are subject to a standard £3 charge for Postage and Packing
Stock permitting we will dispatch your order within 3 working days. During Busy periods we will advise you if there is likely to be any small delay. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and all labels. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
